old stables and coach house...

Coolart is an amazing place to wander at Somers on the Mornington Peninsula.
It was a working farm property from the late 19th century to the 1970's.
This huge property is testament to colonial settlement farming life... even if only a glimpse.
Wander beyond the farm focus, and there are some incredible bird hides by the side of wetlands...Great to watch nesting birds in the spring...
And then you can even walk to a nearby beach on the fringe of the property...past small wetlands and grazing cows...
