Love me some neighbourhood insanity...It is raining, albeit lightly...And my T-shirt+shorts-clad neighbour is currently washing his car with a very obstinate, leaky hose...In between, he cleans the birdbath to test if he has managed to stop the leaks before resuming carwashing...
