There's a lot of heightened anxiety on here as covid numbers climb and supply shortages kick in.

Remember to go for a walk or check on vulnerable neighbours or just leave doom scrolling alone.

You may watch between fingers plastered round your eyes, your heart is thumping, you may feel ill and terrified, trying to psyche yourself for the next horror, but still you watch, magnetised...and can't leave...
