This is the first I knew that Charlotte Bronte had a dog...And why not...For some strange reason, I see some profile similarities with Tim Mallon's @PatMalo85776814

Surprising study results about magpies...and possibly other birds...Artificial lighting disturbs their sleep patterns at night...Lights facing downwards, sensor lights and amber lights tend to reduce the light pollution impact on birds' sleep needs... https://t.co/75P3c7MShn pic.twitter.com/cK78wJZjek

outback living history...
Julia Creek is situated on the Overlander’s Way, the main travelling route from Townsville to Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. This puts a whole new dimension to the concept of 'living history'...Julia Creek's bakery and cafe in northwest Queensland is a winner, and so is the artist Maree Power, who lives 100km from Julia Creek... https://t.co/tp5Zf7EKGb pic.twitter.com/DLL5Es2XmR

Chad Boseman's legacy...
Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman has died after a four-year fight with colon cancer, his family said. Chadwick Baseman was fortunate to have his tuition paid for by Denzel Washington, he once said "there is no black Panther without Denzel Washington" .

Let's talk about what Chad Boseman must've had to do to get his body in peak physical condition, to look like this, while fighting cancer. Having all of the tribes celebrate him here hits differently now. https://t.co/g8uFT0FByp
— April (@ReignOfApril) August 29, 2020
I thought Chad Boseman being skinny was for a movie. He was gonna play the first black samurai. Now I know it was him running out of time. It’s just so sad yet endearing that he dedicated so much time to his craft even while he was hurting just to entertain us. Forever a legend.
— Thought Guru (@MannLightfoot) August 29, 2020
RIP. It's remarkable that while Boseman was fighting colon cancer he filmed 5 different action-packed movies, not to mention Chadwick promoted all his work but it was barely known that he often visited sick children in hospitals. Chad merits 2 be tagged w/term 'King' #RIPChadwick pic.twitter.com/nWQbR3fJGq

The fact that Chadwick Boseman was visiting and empowering children at St. Judes in 2018 knowing that he was fighting the same battle as well is just heartbreaking and just shows what a stand up guy he really was. pic.twitter.com/vuqG5TyRTM

I was floored by the humility of the man. Most actors I know (sadly myself included) would likely be puffed-up and full of their own awesomeness — not Chad. His Soul would never let his Ego win the Battle.
— W. Earl Brown (@WEarlBrown) August 29, 2020
That is what kind of man Chadwick Boseman was.

Chad Boseman certainly is a multi-talented role model...He is a role model for all ages, (not was), because his legacy lives on... https://t.co/aJ6vM2r2Q9

Wow! that’s fabulous! Any chance you still have some of the poems?

I am totally Egypto-centric (and drat those Sumerians who think they invented everything, even if they did!)
No wonder Mr. Boseman could impart so much to his role of the Black Panther.
He sails in Ra’s boat.
I think that work became his stage production Hieroglyphic Graffitti https://t.co/G64b4DxwNl

I didn’t know Chadwick Boseman was at Howard in 1999. I was teaching there that year. I didn’t know he did hip hop theater and African studies there. So it had to be that amazing student with a smile like nothing else. It freaked me out to figure it out from his obituary.
— Kara Cooney (@KaraCooney) August 29, 2020
Now that I think back to 1999 at Howard, and read that Chadwick Boseman studied Afrocentrism, I think he was the awesome kid who asked me on my first day teaching ever “Were the ancient Egyptians black?”

In Wave #1 Victoria’s daily peak was 111 Covid cases. 15 days later we recorded under 10. Today, in Wave #2, we had 113 cases. In 15 days from now it will be 12 September. Hopefully we will record under 10 again. Keep going Victoria!#COVID19VicData #coronavirusvic
