chainsaw dregs...

Quite frankly, I was horrified to see what had been done...Those plants were doing no harm...They had bonded together forming a natural hedge of privacy round the home...Do the owners realise that now their entertainment areas, indoors and out, are in full view of the street? It's a stage for publicising home life?

But who am I kidding...I know the real reason...Those plants blocked their views of the sea...It was all about a sea view...And plants were the scapegoat...

chainsaw party...

Autumn is definitely chainsaw season...And with the advent of covid-19, I am sure that the chainsaw element of the season has never been so popular.  It used to be a weekend hazard for non-chainsaw lovers. But these days, any day can be chainsaw day. And today was definitely one of the best...It was a veritable orchestra round here of low brow to high brow buzzing and grinding and squealing...I am not sure when they actually stopped...because I could swear many chainsaws produce many, long-lasting echos...
