relief in tangled times...

PASSING THOUGHT: These are tangled times. Instead of feeling hopeless+helpless, I decided more fervently than ever to try to help someone each day. Today I organised a step-by-step visual guide for new teachers navigating our school SEQTA platform.

booster booking frenzy...

I'm booked in at my local pharmacy for a booster next Monday. TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if they have to cancel or postpone the appointment because lack of supply.

Ditto...I have a booster booking for 21st January at a pharmacist but don't trust reliability of supply...I am holding my later booking of 7th March at GP just in case...Not canceling unless the first appointment really happens...

Somehow, the outrage and fear boiling over in the world, seems to have no borders... geographical distance does not lessen the pain and hurt... not at all...

Today, the Twitter timeline seems to be like a scream... the voice of helpless chaos in polarising times... It's almost deafening... True...There is so much not right with the world... But 'not right with the world' is part of our historical profile...It's just that we now have the wonderful media connections to report on it globally...regularly...daily...hourly... Our awareness is at a fever pitch, never known in history...More than ever, we need to centre, focus on our own music...Don't ignore the outside world...That is a dangerous attitude...But 'don't take it personal'...adapt... keep walking... and remember...play your music...
