VIC Reff By LGA
— CovidBaseAU 🦠📊🇦🇺 (@covidbaseau) October 11, 2021
In LGAs with enough cases to count:
Highest:
Whitehorse: 1.97
Glen Eira: 1.88
Casey: 1.85
Kingston: 1.78
Yarra Ranges: 1.72
Mornington Peninsula: 1.68
Lowest:
Mitchell: 0.78
Moonee Valley: 0.79
Hume: 0.8
Cardinia: 0.92
Bayside: 0.95
Port Phillip: 1.01 pic.twitter.com/TZyFBYj35t
Today's case numbers look cautiously promising. It's impossible to know if we've turned a corner yet, but strong testing and stabilising numbers are a great sign that the incredible work of Victorians in getting vaccinated quickly, is working. Keep at it, team! #covid19vic

Sadly Casey, my workplace region, is still up in the high slot...And Mornington Peninsula, my home, is just scraping in to the high slot...Hmmm..It's too soon to be a trend, but for the first time since August, our seven day average of cases has come down.

And even better - our seven day average for vaccinations has never been higher.
We're almost there Victoria - we just have to keep going.
