colourful grave marker...
Bridget Flack...
Bridget Flack has not been seen since November 30, when she left Lygon Street in Carlton about 10am and headed to a Dan Murphy's in Collingwood before making her way to the Yarra River near the Collingwood Children's Farm.Bridget Flack...May she find her own special peace and may her poetry live on... pic.twitter.com/6Pne0IWR4E

Ms Flack's last form of communication was a "general conversation" with a friend and colleague about 2pm that day, in which she said she was playing with ducks, Criminal Investigation Unit Detective Senior Constable Daniel Garside said today.
Police believe the 28-year-old occasional DJ was around the Yarra Bend area in Kew near the Eastern Freeway when this conversation happened, and she has not been heard from by anybody since, nor has her bank account been active.
The last time her phone was detected anywhere was December 2 in the same area.
Ms Flack's sister Angela Pucci Love said her sister is a transgender woman, which could make her more vulnerable in the community and over the past three weeks she had expressed she was needing some extra help mentally. Source HERE
Police are trying to determine if the body of a woman found in Melbourne's inner east is that of missing woman Bridget Flack. The body was found in bushland in Willsmere-Chandler Park in Kew East at about 5:00pm on Friday.
