I feel night winds rising

I see new leaves bravely waving
I hear garbage bins falling #haiku
Connecting moments in my peninsula world, my Australia and beyond...Whatever speaks to my thalassophile soul in these tidal days...

I feel night winds rising...
tomorrow not so far away...
And maybe too soon...like tomorrow too soon...Back to remote learning duties tomorrow, starting with all-day PD's and then Tuesday I have back to back lessons + after-school meeting...I've heard that shock treatment works quite well... https://t.co/QMIZaFdM7a

what PM????...
My only consolation is that Victoria is not the only state neglected. Only his home state of NSW had passing 'politically biased' support anti-Victoria. Does he know about WA, NT or TAS???? I'm beyond anger,+ would rather constructive energy diverted to supporting our premier.

encouragement...
Yes...We Melburnians are very tired...I have morning sparks, but seem to get tired very easily for no particular reason...or so it seems...Motivation = fluctuates + low... Perhaps some of that has to do with more remote learning ahead... Hang in girl... We're tough... https://t.co/tnKuGcHMwE

'Squishy Minnie' thrives...
And 'Squishy Minnie' is a bookshop that is thriving in Kyneton, regional Victoria...The store closed mid-March, before lockdown restrictions, and has thrived since...The 'how' is simply amazing... https://t.co/PvA9aHwnud pic.twitter.com/hQhl5KlCch

Just visited the Squishy Minnie website and found a Roald Dahl quote:
“So Matilda’s strong young mind continued to grow, nurtured by the voices of all those authors who had sent their books out into the world like ships into the sea. These books gave Matilda a hopeful and comforting message. You are not alone.”
That connected with me, because last night, on SBS, I watched the 2017 movie 'The Bookshop'. Not a brilliant movie, but a sensitive one.
The last words in the movie: 'In a bookshop, you are not alone'.
