Same here...My panic attacks are rising. A crowded carpark or supermarket will now turn me around for home. I don't/can't venture there. I try to pick my times when minimal numbers of people are around...

panic for sale...
Meanwhile, in supply-rattled England, panic is up for sale at many competitive rates...

Even a trade option is available...
British humour at its best in this thread, with a rather unsettling, serious undercurrent... https://t.co/aolfM3KpNz
I’ve got a market stall for it. I’m a panic merchant 😁👍

Oh god you and me both. You can have a crate of panic with a side order of chronic pain thrown in. 2 for the price of 1 - it’s your lucky day 📦 x

when humanity panics...
PASSING THOUGHT: So sad that when humanity panics, reason and any sense of morality dies. It is then a vicious lynch mob mentality kicks in.

global chaos and panic?...
Today, the Twitter timeline seems to be like a scream... the voice of helpless chaos in polarising times... It's almost deafening... True...There is so much not right with the world... But 'not right with the world' is part of our historical profile...It's just that we now have the wonderful media connections to report on it globally...regularly...daily...hourly... Our awareness is at a fever pitch, never known in history...More than ever, we need to centre, focus on our own music...Don't ignore the outside world...That is a dangerous attitude...But 'don't take it personal'...adapt... keep walking... and remember...play your music...Perhaps the world seems to be imploding - an endless roll of anger in chaos, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes - not man-made. There may be power and control, but not of a friendly, healthy kind. Keep the music of you...Keep playing...Someday someone will value your song... pic.twitter.com/oiDS1NEfAX— Gemma Wiseman (@AuraGem) May 30, 2020
