2. Lots of breathing + walking among trees or by the sea outdoors + reading and writing there. Sadly, the sea option is diminishing with the growing inflow of summer holiday crowds...

stand by my little furball...

I too am so grateful for my little furball. She has stood by me for 15, nearly 16 years. She was a stray and walked in. In recent years, my life has been stalked by tragedies, but my little girl has stood by me, loved me. Recent vet visits indicate I must stand closely by her.

As I have grown older (and older...somewhat unwillingly), I have learnt something about my health...Lower high impact physical activity... and keep it focused to the morning hours...Increase regular visits to the mental gym any time... and ensure I try all equipment available...
