Great to find some good news on the Twitter roll. Smiling at the chair taking a centre stage farewell. O so symbolic of our long-anticipated return of Dan. But I have to say it. The gorgeous one in this photo is your little furball, quietly accepting accolades in the wings.

malicious variables...

PASSING THOUGHT: My fluid plans for retirement are under rising threat. Nothing like the surprise of malicious variables. I won't give up. Slight detour. The safety net of a .6 teaching load for next year (less than .8 this year) is becoming rather attractive. Must soldier on.

Lockdown offers opportunities...For the writers/walkers among you, chalk some positive micropoetry on the footpath or drop poetry in letterboxes...Then there is a sense of purpose and achievement and goodwill in your day...Amazing how thinking of others uplifts the soul...
