farewell to Bert Newton...

What a fitting view of Melbourne's St Patrick's Cathedral, the grand 'stage' to farewell performer+loved legend Bert Newton...
Our Melbourne day may be grey+rainy, but perhaps that's how it should be...weather demanding time to reflect+to remember gratitude...

Bert Newton entertains the angels now...

Bert deserves a State Funeral and if I'm invited,
I'd be honoured to farewell my friend by singing Amazing Grace. Bert helped coin the question
"Why are people so unkind ?" some 40 years ago!
I can never thank him enough ! He was a "Wonderful, wonderful" man !@OfficialKamahl
