just spent the weekend with 'blue and yellow' posts...

YES! Should have been doing more packing for moving over the weekend+other general household duties...But achieved close to zip...Emotionally drained by world tensions+tragedies...My 'blue and yellow' Twitter posts amount to my minimal achievement...

I work part-time, so Mondays+ Tuesdays should be my time to get 'extras' done...That hasn't happened till this morning...And it has been a slow, sluggish  process...

I glanced down this list and YES...That's about the list I would present if asked what maintained my lockdown sanity on Twitter...Awesome bunch...I possibly would add the lovable Father Bob...His drive and resilience are inspiring...🙏

Returned to school yesterday-1st time in months...Felt awkward chatting in my office...stressed...Walked away + hibernated in my classroom for a break...(Only my Year 10's on campus yesterday, so did other classes remotely in my classroom...That gave me the space to be alone...)

I was simply grateful that I faced my severe anxiety and drove to school for the 1st time in months...By the close of day, I was so tired, but assured myself that this is a small step forward into my new normal...

I've a huge backlog of grading...How I'm going to master this challenge I don't know...Most online time spent with anxious students+trying to not let their anxieties overwhelm me...I need to be the strong one+the role model...but it's exhausting...1st day@school yesterday=so hard

I work on the Mornington Peninsula and by 10am Friday the traffic was backed up to mt Martha and at a stand still 🤯
...Quite annoying for locals really.

I am not going out this whole weekend to find out...Friday going to school, for the first time in months, was busy enough...That will do me till I try again next week...

That is exactly what I feared would happen...I live on the Mornington Peninsula and shopped last Thursday, so I had no need to venture out this weekend...I kinda hoped the 'dull' and rainy weather may deter or at least slow down the inflow, but maybe not...
