PASSING THOUGHT: Keep looking at/checking my 1st RAT result...Yes...Just 1 red line @ the control level...A negative result...

Never have I embraced negatives so soundly as this one...
Hope my remaining Term 1, pre-retirement school days keep on producing negative results...
Connecting moments in my peninsula world, my Australia and beyond...Whatever speaks to my thalassophile soul in these tidal days...

Note: most people who reported a positive rapid antigen test got that result earlier in the week, and reported it when the webform opened yesterday. The number of people who actually received their positive rapid antigen test result yesterday was 5,923.

First day of counting RATs. So we're just starting to see true numbers. Yesterday NSW Health said they will soon follow and count RATs too. While the numbers are horrifying, I'm glad to see Victoria lead on this. Nobody should be left behind. RAT cases can now access payments.

RAT...
Such a clever, streamlined way of reporting results. Who cares if someone else thought of this idea before us. It's a good one. Let's use it in Australia, This is a global pandemic, so we benefit from global solutions where possible.
