PASSING THOUGHT: I know this sounds trite, but a toxic workplace is toxic.
My workplace is loaded=ineffective/negative communication, unprofessional/dishonest behaviour, punitive practices or policies and/or strained relationships between employees+admin leadership.

PASSING THOUGHT: I hate to think I may leave my workplace under a cloud after all the years of service I've given. My world's crumbling. The prospect of quietly disappearing for the sake of my health is becoming a high possibility. I know my successes...That matters...
