It's a beautiful, warm sunny day in Melbourne...BUT, bearing out my argument, from my back verandah, I can hear MP traffic whirring on the freeway...Not all can possibly be travelling within the 5km limit...(No, no photo)...Travellers are desperate...So am I...I'm staying home...
