I don't need a gym work out...

PASSING THOUGHT: I'm totally convinced I don't need to go to a gym for a workout. Pack large removal boxes of ornaments, (all individually wrapped with butcher's paper of course),+small boxes with a never-ending pile of heavy books.
My body aches+not sure where my mind may be.🤔
