spring house...

Checked meaning of a spring house... A small building over a spring + an older method of refrigeration. It kept milk, eggs and produce cool throughout the year, + kept produce safe from animals. Cream for butter making was kept cool and sweet in the spring house water. https://t.co/IuMeRV6R56
