NSW COVID-19 update – Wednesday 12 January 2022
— NSW Health (@NSWHealth) January 11, 2022
In the 24-hour reporting period to 8pm last night:
- 95.1% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.7% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine pic.twitter.com/TY0eYxD3dw
the nighmare cupboard...
PASSING THOUGHT: In just 30 minutes, imagine a strange, silent scream coming from nowhere (meaning from me)...
— Gemma Wiseman - on Bunurong land, Kulin Nation (@AuraGem) January 11, 2022
I'm facing the dreaded nightmare cupboard (large) of notebooks, papers+pens.
It's a BIG 'packing of stuff' day to offset my poor performance yesterday...
Wish me luck...
Must stop for a break. I've been 'at it' for >3 hours. This is torture. Proud to say I've reduced a large cabinet of stationery+'bits' in drawers to 1 packing box. Most energy used for trips to the recycling bin. Messy cull nearly done, then number of packed boxes should improve.

YES...Various levels of fatigue=a constant, daily challenge as are sound sleep patterns...Takes a huge amount of drive (+ personal bribery - chocolate is my friend) to become energised + enthusiastic about almost anything...

NOTE: NSW still not recording RATs...
***My daughter, living in the Riverina, said her town of Temora is currently overwhelmed with covid-19 cases...They have not been reported in the mainstream media...She said Temora is a ghost town...
Just wondering how massively inept the NSW LNP and @NSWHealth have to be to not be able to organise in more than a week a way to record number of Covid-19 positive Rapid Antigen Tests? #Domicron #LNPfail https://t.co/3cwS5ymMUd

the vaccine scramble continues...
Teacher here - I'm booked for a booster 21st January at a pharmacy (trying to get in before school return). Hope it's not cancelled. But chances = 50-50. I see the same pharmacy is now no longer listed for vaccines. Hope that is not ominous.
