First day of counting RATs. So we're just starting to see true numbers. Yesterday NSW Health said they will soon follow and count RATs too. While the numbers are horrifying, I'm glad to see Victoria lead on this. Nobody should be left behind. RAT cases can now access payments.

Victoria - very small comfort...new active cases down about 200 on yesterday's data...
NSW - no comfort - new active cases up about 4,000 on yesterday's data...
